ASIA ENGLISH SCHOOL is a co-educational English medium school established in the year 1965 by Asia Charitable Trust (registered under the Public Trust Act.1860) in Ahmedabad. The school functions under the guidance and direction of the Chairman and a team of professionals and academicians appointed by the Trust. It is affiliated to CBSE since 01.04.2015.
ASIA ENGLISH SCHOOL has emerged as a well-known co-educational English Medium School in Ahmedabad focussing on holistic education and all round development of its students. It has now about 2000 students and functions from its own building at ASIA Campus, Drive-in-Road, Ahmedabad. The school has spacious and well ventilated classrooms equipped with latest technology and a good playground. Highly qualified and experienced teachers from all over the country manage the teaching-learning system, providing a cosmopolitan feel at the school.
ASIA believes that academic education alone is not enough to be successful in life. Co-curricular activities and life skill education also play a vital role in the overall development of children. Admission Details
Admission Process
Pre Primary admission process for the academic session 2017-18:
Pre-Primary Section consists of Nursery, Jr.KG, and Sr.KG and caters to the age group between 3yrs to 5yrs.
No Test or formal interview will be conducted for Pre-Primary students for admission.

A list of shortlisted candidates for verification and admission will be displayed on the school website
You will be required to bring the below mentioned documents for verification and subsequent admission:
- The filled in admission form
- Original documents– Birth Certificate, residence proof, PAN card (mother & father)
- Residence Proof- Passport/ Aadhar card/electricity bill/ voter Id
- Self attested photocopies – Birth Certificate, residence proof, PAN card (mother & father)
- Photographs - *Child’s - 2 passport size
*Mother’s & Father’s & *Guardian’s - stamp size photo
- Blood group of the child for ID Card
Important Information
It is clarified for understanding of all that ASIA English School is an inclusive school with limited expertise in handling severe learning disorders. Any child, who can be part of the main stream under inclusive education with the available facility in the school both medical and otherwise, would be considered for admission. In such cases, a certificate of disability (original) from a government hospital should be shown at the time of verification. Any concealment of relevant information if discovered later would lead to cancellation of admission.

The school reserves the right to cancel the applications of any candidate at any stage due to wrong/incorrect information or incomplete submission of documents.
Management of the school being the final authority, reserves the right to refuse any application without assigning any reasons
Primary admission process for the academic session 2017-18:
The age for admission to Std. I is according to the Government rules and regulations. Subject to the availability of vacancies in any class, admissions are given to deserving pupils producing the transfer / leaving certificate from the previous school. In case of pupils coming from other states, such certificates are required to be counter signed by the educational authorities of the state concerned. The management however, reserves the right to refuse admission without assigning any reason whatsoever. The pupil selected for admission should deposit the prescribed fees in the school office on or before the specified date and failure to do so will result in forfeiting their right to admission. For fresh admissions, the birth certificate should invariably be produced.
FEES
Fees as notified by school from time to time shall be payable. School does not charge any capitation fee.
