Admission Details

Admission

The admission is open to all without any discrimination of caste, creed colour and religion. Child should be of 3 years at the time of his admission to class NURSERY. Student seeking admission in other classes your ward has to appear for an entrance test. (His / Her admission will be secured on the basis merit.)

4) Transfer certificate (If your ward has studied outside then it has to be counter signed by D.E.O.)

Not a Good Workplace or Educational Environment

Based on my personal experience, this school is not a suitable place to work. They delay salary payments and do not treat their employees fairly. Promises made during hiring are not fulfilled in practice.

Most employees do not receive their full salary on time—often getting paid after one and a half months or more. Even after I left the job in December, I was not paid for the remaining 15 days of work.

In terms of education, the school does not provide quality teaching that matches the high fees they charge. Their focus seems to be more on showy activities rather than meaningful academics.

There are many better schools in this area that offer both a healthier work environment and better education for students.

ना ही अच्छा कार्यस्थल है और ना ही शिक्षा का स्तर अच्छा है

मेरे व्यक्तिगत अनुभव के आधार पर, यह स्कूल काम करने के लिए उपयुक्त नहीं है। यहां वेतन समय पर नहीं दिया जाता और कर्मचारियों के साथ सही व्यवहार नहीं किया जाता। जॉइनिंग के समय जो वादे किए जाते हैं, वे निभाए नहीं जाते।

अधिकांश कर्मचारियों को समय पर पूरा वेतन नहीं मिलता — अक्सर डेढ़ महीने बाद तक। मैंने दिसंबर में नौकरी छोड़ी थी, लेकिन आज तक मुझे 15 दिन की सैलरी नहीं दी गई।

जहां तक शिक्षा की बात है, यह स्कूल उन भारी फीस के अनुसार गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा नहीं देता। इनका ज़ोर केवल दिखावे वाली गतिविधियों पर होता है, न कि सच्चे शिक्षण पर।

इस क्षेत्र में कई और अच्छे स्कूल हैं जो बेहतर शिक्षा और कार्य माहौल प्रदान करते हैं।

ન નોકરી માટે યોગ્ય જગ્યા છે, ન શિક્ષણ માટે

મારા વ્યક્તિગત અનુભવ પ્રમાણે આ સ્કૂલ નોકરી કરવા માટે યોગ્ય નથી. અહીં પગાર સમયસર આપતો નથી અને કર્મચારીઓ સાથે યોગ્ય વ્યવહાર કરવામાં આવતો નથી. નોકરી વખતે આપેલા વચનો હકીકતમાં પૂરા થતા નથી.

ઘણા કર્મચારીઓને તેમના પગાર સમયસર મળતો નથી – ઘણી વાર તો માસ-દેડ માસ પછી મળે છે. મેં ડિસેમ્બર મહિનામાં નોકરી છોડી હતી છતાં પણ આજે સુધી મને છેલ્લાં 15 દિવસનો પગાર મળ્યો નથી.

શિક્ષણની દ્રષ્ટિએ પણ આ સ્કૂલ યોગ્ય નથી – જેમનું ફી સ્ટ્રક્ચર છે, એ પ્રમાણે ગુણવત્તાપૂર્ણ શિક્ષણ આપતા નથી. ફક્ત દેખાડા માટે એક્ટિવિટીઝ પર ભાર મુકવામાં આવે છે.

આ વિસ્તારની અંદર આ કરતાં ઘણાં વધુ સારા શાળાઓ છે જ્યાં નોકરીનું વાતાવરણ પણ સારું છે અને વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે શિક્ષણ પણ સારું છે.
